There are a few major design rules, and they include the following:
1. All rules for the rest of the site are still applicable to the design portion of the site.
2. When entering a skin, screen shots are not allowed; a direct link must be provided.
3. The judging scale: 1-10, one being the worst, ten the best
4. Don't just put a number! Explain why you thought that!
1-10 on color
1-10 on design set up
1-10 on originality
1-10 on overall appearance
